Northern Uganda's fertile land and twin growing seasons support a wide range of cereals: maize, sorghum, soya, sesame, chia, sunflower and rice among them. We have chosen five to focus on first, led by maize and soya on more than 1,000 hectares each, with diversification planned for the seasons that follow.

Growing the crop is only half the work. Every programme includes the full journey from harvest to the buyer's gate.

Mechanised Harvest

Combine harvesters and threshers bring the crop in efficiently at the right moisture and maturity.

Cleaning and Drying

Grain is cleaned and dried to buyer specification, protecting quality and storage life.

Storage

Managed storage preserves the harvest and lets us supply buyers on their schedule, not only at harvest.

Customer Delivery

Transport and delivery close the loop, moving grain from our stores to markets across the region.
